1983 Jim Hickam had oral surgery to improve the angle
of his lower jaw (and consequently save his teeth) and dramatically
improve his life! That successful surgery led to a wired
jaw recovery period of 8 weeks where Jim experimented
with recipes. The result of this experimentation is, "The
